Thanksgiving week was a success! It started Tuesday night at the Camelback House. Today is day three after chemo…I think. I woke up to my doorbell ringing. I totally forgot that I had a meeting with a lady who was coming over to help consult me on the bathroom remodel. Yikes! Today was a busy day at the Cancer Treatment Centers. I spent the morning getting acupuncture and seeing various doctors. I was informed a couple of weeks ago that my oncologist is taking a leave for an undetermined amount of time. My new oncologist said that he was not coming back. It will take getting use to the new oncologist, but so far so good. It turns out that today I had to get Taxotere. .. Read More

Sometimes I feel so lucky and thankful for what I have and the status of my health. It seems that there is always someone that is going through the same thing or maybe even worse. Last week my good friend Tammy from Seattle found her boyfriend (who she lives with) laying in bed with a blue face from lack of oxygen and foaming at the mouth.
